No. I went to the "friend's" house and watched him play Arkham Knight.
Nice.No. I went to the "friend's" house and watched him play Arkham Knight.
I FINALLY did. Then, I watched.Nice.
Nothing like watching someone play videogames.
Hopefully you got something out of it.
That a girl.I FINALLY did.
Well that ain't bad if you got yours first and there's worse games to watch someone play.I'm not the best at games, so I just watch people play the ones I want to play.
I gotta start to play more once we get the XB1 hooked up, so I won't be so horrible.
Not at all. Shocked he did because it only ended in the morning, and he was worried. That a girl.

I'll never understand guys that worry about that but I guess everyone is different. Not at all. Shocked he did because it only ended in the morning, and he was worried.
i typed a whole story, but it isn't as funny on the outside, as it is to me.
Neither do I. It's a really great time for me. He was afraid of "knocking something loose."I'll never understand guys that worry about that but I guess everyone is different.
Knocking something loose? Interesting theory.Neither do I. It's a really great time for me. He was afraid of "knocking something loose."
Me :
That's why I put it in quotations. And I wonder if like the times that it's maybe happened to him there was like a clot that wasn't dropped, and kind of poked it. That's the easiest explanation I can come up with for what might've happened that he says that.Knocking something loose? Interesting theory.
Hmm. That makes sense. Better than anything I could come up with. That's why I put it in quotations. That's the only thing I can think of.Hmm. That makes sense. Better than anything I could come up with.
Either way the juice is worth the squeeze, as they say, imo. That's the only thing I can think of.
I agree. I really like getting it during. It helps with the cramps, horniness (have to be honest), and anything else, especially the emotional shit. I just need attention during, and that's my favorite kind.Either way the juice is worth the squeeze, as they say, imo.
It's a win-win scenario. Lady gets relief and attention and everyone gets laid.I agree. I really like getting it during. It helps with the cramps, horniness (have to be honest), and anything else, especially the emotional shit. I just need attention during, and that's my favorite kind.
Exactly! It's a win-win scenario. Lady gets relief and attention and everyone gets laid.
Totally derailed this thread. Haha.Exactly!
I didn't address this properly. That's a fantastic deal! Was some sort of deal they were doing. I paid a little extra for darth Vader glasses and a death star popcorn ball thing.
I was like "wait a second...I like the idea, but that is nit nearly enough pop corn." And the girl let me know...free refills ))
The plan was to give it to my nephew... but I kept them. They are on my book shelf now lol
Its the same for me, I watched most of the Marvel movies, but remember little about most of em.I can't, for the life of me, figure out why I don't remember a lot of the movie.
Its the same for me, I watched most of the Marvel movies, but remember little about most of em.
But, I also have basically no connection to any of the superheroes, its just some more or less arbitrary action flick for me. In contrast, Batman and Superman have been big here with animated series etc. in my childhood, as were the Turtles, actually.
The Marvel-ones? None of em mean anything to me, and the movies were not able to make me care, apart from the characters I suppose mostly since the danger was always kinda arbitrary and didn't feel realistically threatening or just ridiculous. But they do make somewhat good quality movies anyway, you have to give that to em. I guess Winter Soldier was a better one there.
Actually I dislike Captain America. I started off on a bad foot with him anyway when I was like: wait a minute, this is the flame-guy from Fantastic Four, what the heck? But I dislike the character too. Tony Stark? Acceptable but the movies were up and too much down. Spiderman is a wreck of a character with all these movies and different incarnations. Fuck that shit. The Hulk, the same, even though I like the new guy playing him the most.
The X-Men movies always had the most fun-potential for me, but they too laid small and big turds.
Didn't see Dr.Strange yet, btw.
I know I was disappointed by the title being Civil fucking War, and then you have like 10 dudes actually fighting and nobody gets hurt anyway besides the second iron man (which's character imo is a lame idea to begin with), right? Meh.
Especially the "normal humans" who just happen to fight the not so dangerous types. If these fuckers were serious, they'd squash the bugs first, and ScarJo would be a pile of blood immediately if she runs out like that instead of doing 'cool things'.
That was more of a slapping-fest, not a Civil War at all, maybe the title should have been: CA:unplanned skirmish without tactic or strategy and everybody is fine because they are all careful of their enemies or luck. So in the end, the build-up that did raise some valid points but felt kinda forced anyway iirc, didn't deliver a satisfying conclusion for me at all.
On another note, the Netflix shows did a lot of good shit, and the DC-movies and shows are atrocious for the most part.

I think the biggest part in this really is that these figures mean nothing to me as opposed to you guys who grew up with em. Sure, they made origin stories, but its not the same as a literal childhood hero or at least an established universe to connect it to. So I think its very normal I have a very different point of approach. You're entitled to your opinion but
If you only knew why it wasn't a bad fit for a title.I think the biggest part in this really is that these figures mean nothing to me as opposed to you guys who grew up with em. Also I did say they make good quality movies, I'm not saying everything sucks at all. But lets be honest here, the title, Civil War, is a bad fit for the movie. I came into the movie expecting shit to go down, but it did not. Dark(er) tone and grim faces do not make a war. Well, a cold war perhaps.
So yeah, that was disappointing.
If people shit on BvS (deservedly so), for the actual fight being unimportant, build up strangely, and really weirdly concluded, and the main point of it being that its dark and gritty, then this Civil War should get a similar treatment. Of course that movie had a whole bunch of other problems that made it inferior to CW.
