I am ready to dust off The Weber and kick off Spring 2017 real proper like. Meijer had pork shoulders & baby back ribs on sale for $1.99/lb this week so I picked up a couple of racks & a 6 lb shoulder for pulled pork.

Supposed to be 60-70 degree here starting tomorrow, so I'm slow cooking a rack of ribs tomorrow.

Anyone else into grilling? Plans for the spring?

Hell yeah. I got my grill out a month ago, and from now until fall we'll use the grill 2-3 times per week. Love grilling in the back yard.

I'd love to get a pellet smoker, but they're kind of pricey so it may not happen this season.

We do lots of chicken legs and thighs, ribeyes, and burgers as our go to menu options. We will usually do grilled veggies or corn on the cob with those ^^^

Been too cold to grill here lately, but the Weber is getting cleaned up tomorrow. #fireonthegrill
It's never too cold to fire up the Weber. Chicago got shut down by a historic blizzard. I was making ribs. Ribs didn't even hit the grill till about 10 ,edit Pm, as I knew I was going to be using the snowblower all night. Plus I hate my neighbors, so I have no issue with plowing the driveway at 3am. Even after doing work until early morning hours, I still couldn't open the front door when I woke up.

I grill all the time but typically it's just burgers, steaks or chicken. I've already grilled out a few times this year - the cold doesn't bother me (I've actually grilled out while it was snowing before). I definitely prefer it to be in the 60s or 70s though.

I saw the weekend forecast and had thoughts of grilling out as well.

So happy spring is here. Hey winter....

My brother has one of those. Cooks shit in it all the time. Fucking amazing.

I'll do my best. I think I have made numerous posts on this, but I like you and much like Leigh you have well manicured toe nails that I gaze at while you sleep. That being said, I'm pushing my sleeplessness limitude right now, so it will probably have to wait for tomorrow.

We had a good partly sunny day today.
I went to the market and saw those baby back pork ribs for 399 and I couldn't believe it. I want to the international market and bought 40 bucks in veggies.
As soon as we get a two-day span of sun that grill is going on.
I will likely look a few days in advance and then start marinating some chicken

Another year-round griller here (yes, even when I lived in Upstate NY and it actually got cold in the winter). Spring means group cook-outs and camping season is reving back up; I get to grill steak and chicken for 40 or so people in a few weeks for an event at church. I generally hate "parties", but rather enjoy them if I have a task to do.

Those are badass....I want one too
It's only $250 at Menards here locally. I want it bad but I can't bring myself to spend the money lol. If I did, I would be thinking about how I didn't really need it, how it could have been used for my girls books & school, etc. Dad struggles...

I hear ya man.

$250 is lower than I would've thought, but you can't go wrong with your Weber!
