They have to pick their battles. Whether they are using PEDs or not is a non issue, they aren't competing athletes, whatever they want to do with their own bodies is their own business. Athletes are competing against one another, which is why a level playing field, free of PEDs, is the ideal, and the reason for PED testing. Whether the CEO and President are slamming PED cocktails, or not, is irrelevant.

I'm being more facetious than serious. I know they don't have to test, nor would I expect them to. They're not competing. But I do find it amusing when they squirm.
