LOL. The Gadsden flag was never a 'Confederate flag'. It was used by the continental marines during the American Revolution. Only recently have the 'literally hitler', safe space types tried to equate it to racism. It's used by both Nike and the U.S. Men's soccer team without any backlash.
If anything, it's more properly equated to Constitutionalists and first amendment activists.
