He talked crap on Gus amazing woman also...Jon leaving on a stretcher post fight and Gus winning the lady competion by a wide margin has Jon dreaming of being Gus at night...poor ego
I find it ironic that Gus used to be a criminal and used mma as a stepping stone to clean up his life while jones becoming famous because of mma enabled him to become a criminal.

While fighting with a dude on the internet if you still take the time to compliment him on his taste in women and congratulate him on his engagement pretty bad ass in my book.
I agree but with Gus it was damn close and he beat jones to a pulp.
That along with those two stellar comebacks (from a dude who has English as a second language)has to irk Jon a bit.

Jones beat Gus fair and square he was landing the switch kick to the head like it was a cheat code. Next time it will be just takedown and death by elbows. He also is pretty funny in a nasty way.
I think Jones won as well but it was not near as one sided as you are making it out to be.

It could have gone either way tbh. I scored it for Gus but it was by no means a robbery that Jones won. Rounds 2 and 3 were extremely close.
THe +800 and +900 odds in vegas had a lot to do with that decision
vegas had their favorite judge on the card...he scored 49-46
I had 48-47 guys first 3 rounds were dictated by gus and he landed many more clean damaging strikes
JJ probably gets the fourth even though he got boxed up for 4 mins and the 5th gus was gassed out and trying to coast and deserved to lose the round IMO
I don't think I made it out to be one sided. it was a close, very competitive fight but IMO Jones won "fair and square" which means no robbery, no huge controversy. he only clearly lost the 1st but he'd been so dominant up to that point - and afterwards as well - that simply putting up a fight against him was considered an otherwordly accomplishment.
He beat Gus in the eyes of those dipshit judges. Gus kicked his ass and should've been awarded the belt that night.
