Oktagon

First time I ever get excited with Bellator kickboxing. Petrosyan is a potential kickboxing goat and Yodwicha is a muay thai phenom who had some of the best winning streaks I've ever seen defeating the likes of Saenchai at 18 years old.

Petrosyan has been inactive since a brutal KO loss in Glory a few years ago and Yodwicha has transitioned from muay tha to kickboxing and evolved from a claustrophobic clinch rapist to a spinning shit KO artist. He scored the one below last weekend at Top King and will fight next weekend at Kunlun's card in Thailand.

Love watching Petrosyan. I gota catch-up on Yodwicha though.
He stormed into the stadiums at 17 years old defeating all time greats like Saenchai, Singdam, Nong-O and Petboonchu back-to-back-to-back then he disappeared for a while and switched to kickboxing.

If you're not used to watching stadium muay thai fights you'll find him the most boring thing ever he just clinched and smothered everybody the whole fight. In kickboxing he seems to be very aggressive and has scored some KOs but all against bums.

Petrosyan will be a massive step up in competition and he'll have his best weapon negated. Plus it'll be in Italy so unless he scores a KO (highly unlikely) he will lose either legimitely or via patented hometown bullshit robbery.

I really hope the rumor of sakara fighting carvahlo isn't true. I'm interested in this title fight, thank you kind sir for informing me. Makes me wonder who they will have sakara fight.

It was vs Ron faircloth.

He got smacked in the balls and rolled around in agony for 5 minutes before the doctors stopped it.

It was quite something to see.

Pure agony. No fucking around he was done for

Title Fight rumor has been around for a while. Bellator seems very interested in Italy, so I fully expect them to try to throw te strap on sakara. That said though, Rafael is a solid fighter. He showed solid fight IQ in his second fight against Melvin. Could see Rafael winning

Sucks that Rafael might get shelved until years end. He has been clamoring about wanting a fight in or outside of Bellator. Should have given him salter, then the winner fights sakara at years end.

On the kb lw title. How is Georgios contract like? Isn't he signed to oktagon? Did he sign with Bellator? Or is Bellator going to allow someone who isn't under contract with them to fight for their belt?

Also, Simone bestow some yodwicha knowledge upon me.

Yodwicha Por Boonsit - Wikipedia

he was the best "muay khao" (knee/clinch fighter) in muay thai in the last years he was fighting legends like Saenchai and Pakorn at 16 years old and at 19 he had the resume of a legend himself. uneducated heathen will bitch about his style but IMO it's amazing what he was able to do against much more skilled technicians like Saenchai and Nong-O.

he will have a hard time against Petrosyan though, I foresee a bullshit point deduction for clinching if Petro's even having a hard time but most likely Yodwicha with a half a dozen fights under this ruleset will not be able hit him and will get outpointed.

I don't know details but Bellator has been co-promoting with Oktagon everytime they have a show in Italy and Petro always fights in those. Bellator Kickboxing is a complete mess this will be the first legit high level fight they ever have so I guess they'll crown a champ then think about it later.
