the resort is called "Snowbowl", it's in Flagstaff.
Frankly, it was a perfect day. 38F, clear, no wind, lots of base snow and well-groomed. After a 3 year lay-off, you won't find me off-piste, and I was just loving cruising the groomers. But make no mistake, it's not CO, OR, or Whistler...
it's tough, because I wasn't as steady as I normally ski - so I ended up going slower, working harder, tiring quicker, feeling more unsteady...vicious cycle.
By the time I headed to the pub, my thighs were so tender, I could have put Col Sanders out of business.
