It's more of a general observation than anything meant to be aimed at a specific individual. People from both sides of the floor feel it very important that when the other side of the floor commits an atrocity that it needs to be labeled a terrorist attack. When their side does it, they're either nowhere to be found or that individual isn't really one of theirs.
