I think I'd give him the first 3. The fourth was close but floyd was starting to get his rhythm. The eighth was maybe a draw.
He definitely won three rounds in the fight. It's not because he was out boxing or out smarting Mayweather, but he still won 3 rounds because Floyd, while figuring him out, wasn't doing anything to win the round.
I watched the fight 3 times now. Floyd is brilliant, he did exactly what I thought he would. But still, you can't say a guy won rounds where he got outlanded, out thrown, walked down, etc. Were any of those devastating hard shots? No, but they still happened and count. It's not like Conor was the superior boxer, it's just that's what happened in those 3 minute intervals, therefore you really have to give them to Conor if you go by criteria instead of the fact it was Floyd's gameplan.
Yes it was part of the plan but gameplans playing out doesn't automatically = winning rounds when the other guy is landing and throwing at a higher rate
That's what was so funny about the boxing experts, like Kellerman, claiming "Conor won't even land a punch, let alone a round". Like, do they not watch Floyd? Do they completely forget how he fights? Conor was never outclassing him but of course he was gonna win at least one round while Floyd adjusted to his style and figured it out.

Well, what else is he to do. He's not actively fighting, he is waiting till McGregor grants him another red panty night. I wish he had use the hyp of his Conor fights and use that momentum to built his own brand, but here he is mulling about, bored stiff, kinda being Conor's shadow for now.
