Sorry but that song is awful. He's babbling for the first 30 second and then says "you better watch what the fuck comes out of your mouth, or I'll hijack a plane and fly it into your house", sorry but this is just whack as fuck and cringe worthy.

What's good about it? The rhymes are lame, he's not dynamic, and the production sounds like something he took off of Youtube.

I don't consider threatening to tie someone up and cut their throat as "real shit", it just sounds lame. Quick Google search says this is from 2003, so we're not talking the Jurassic period of rap here. Plenty of great shit had been made and was being made around that time.
My favourite rap album of all time was released only two years after this crap, Monkey Barz by Sean Price (RIP), and to me Sean Price blows this dude away! BOOT CAMP CLIQ IN THE HOUSE. Before that #2 probably Redman's Muddy Waters. If you hate Sean Price and Redman, well damn!

The top 2 can never be debated imo, rakim is tha god and nas was the 2nd coming
krs-one has been my personal favorite for a long ass time but I'll admit he's not the best, but again I'm more into late 80s to mid nineties
And I hope you caught on I was joking about the Leafs and sens, was some of the best playoff series I've seen
I don't know enough about IT to make a judgement on his whole career, as of now this is the only song I listened to, but I just have to be honest: the lyrics really made me cringe. That opening line about flying a plane into your house, I mean fuckin BOOOOO. And the conspiracy stuff, yuck. But maybe the man writes better stuff, I have no idea. I was only commenting on the one song.
I always liked Nas, Illmatic and God's Son are two of my favourites. Never bothered to listen to Rakim.
Yeah the battle of Ontario has been shit for a long time because both teams were garbage, but now it's gonna ramp up where both have a solid team, I'm fucking stoked hahaha
Oh and I will cop to this... I never liked Jay Z but I do like Kanye, and he actually got me back into rap in 2004 with College Graduate. Not so much with his rapping but I thought his production especially for back then was incredible.
Trust me, if you like nas, check out rakim, nas takes a lot of influence from rakim and even wrote a tribute song to him
There's a reason rakim is generally #1 or #2 on any best rappers ever lists
