Agree. I've struggled with spine issues for the past 9 years. 2 ruptured in lumbar, and 2 herniated in my neck. Fortunately I've had it check lately. But it's taken lots of injections and years of doing PT at home. But I always feel like I'm one wrong move from being temporarily crippled again.
