Please tell me what he has done while in office to be hated for?
And yes they can both be asses
As people they are both royal pieces of shit
As politicians, only one of them (so far) has done as much as they can to fuck over that country and their people
His handling of healthcare. He told us that he had an easy solution, and that he would repeal and replace immediately. He has made it clear since becoming president that he had no plan, whatsoever.
Immigration- He has ruined our relationship with Mexico in order to grandstand and give off the image that he is tough on immigration. Won't give up on the wall proposition, even though if you look at the context of what he says when he actually talks about his plans for the wall, he knows that his promises are not possible.
Attempting to open up public lands and national parks for sale to private companies.
Complete disregard for the need to combat pollution in our nation. Take climate change out of the equation. He has made it very clear that he does not intend to approach the issue of pollution. This hits me especially hard, because I live in the area with the worst air in the United States.
His incessant tweeting. You're going to say that this isn't policy so it doesn't count, but it has been very detrimental to the public's trust in his government, particularly because he regularly sends out his press secretaries to directly contradict his tweets. Likely to confuse people on the true story, or because they have that little trust in the intelligence of the populous. He has literally threatened war via social media. That's a major problem.
There's more, but as was pointed out earlier, this thread is about Hillary and I never ever have an issue with her lies being discussed.
IF you disagree with me on these points, here is part of my overriding issue with Trump, and why he is dangerous- he presents very simple (and almost always impossible) solutions to very complicated issues, and he ONLY does so to portray a certain image. Every piece of legislation he mentions, every time he tweets, every time he speaks in public the only goal is to groom his image. He knows what his constituency wants to hear and he says it irrespective of whether or not it's true. Now, this is the case with many politicians, but not to this extent, in my opinion. I have never seen a politician have this weird of a relationship with the truth, or a politician whose words meant so little (aside from MAYBE Hillary but I don't even think Hillary was this bad at it). He is responsible for a gigantic shift in the way that our country looks at politics, and it's a shift that is dangerous, in my opinion. We needed a revolution, but a real one. This one isn't real, and we will pay for it down the road. I fear that he either leads to us leaning further on the establishment as a response, or that every president going forward will simply be a façade, irrespective of qualifications. He's a terrible leader, he's an insecure, vengeful narcissist and it pains me to think that any person in our country could think that he's fit to lead us. I'm okay with the "he's better than Hillary" angle. I can accept that, and there were times when I agreed with that, but pretending that anything about this presidency has been good or genuine is where I get confused, and I'm not even a democrat. I wouldn't let a leader like him join me in coaching my high school baseball team, let alone lead the supposed greatest country on this planet.
EDIT: C'mon. You're familiar with the Kekistanis. You know that those particular people wanted Trump largely either due to White Nationalism or the fact that he's incompetent and he will bring the chaos that they crave. Do you really not think he's done anything that's detrimental?
