A complete waste of a rare Diaz brother booking imo.
I'd be interested in watching woodley fight nick. But I reckon tyrone just holds little Nate down for a boring and frustrating five rounds.

What's up, pussies.

I really hope they can get this one done.
Love it for the fighters

If Nate can somehow catch something, i could die that second a happy man

It's good for woodley because he'll get his payday

Nate has never done good against wrestlers though, so stylistically it's a fucking horrible match

not a good fight for woodley. not because he'll lose but

he won't stand with nate, cuz nate has better boxing and he won't takedown nate cuz nate's guard is pretty high level.

all woodley will do is hold nate against cage and holy shit imagine woodley's already low stock dropping through the ground.

woodley might be the first to be cut as a champ

After this fight Diaz might not be able to ask for as much $$$ because everyone will see his true value against an opponent not named mcgregor so then maybe he’ll fight more because his demands won’t be crazy. Also mcgregor might not be In his future if diaz loses, since Conor has to defend the belt against tony, so maybe Diaz will probably try to rack up some wins at 155.

if diaz wins he’ll fight Conor in a champ vs champ super trilogy fight....

I get what you’re saying completely though. If woodley makes this a boring fight, I’ll be pretty disappointed. Hope they stand and bang.

What exactly does Woodley hope to gain from this fight?
A high profile fight against a somewhat star. A chance to show he can beat Nate easier than Conor could. Maybe a big payday also. Depends on how well they sell the fight.

So far though I don't think the fight is going to happen. Maybe Nate priced himself out of it?

Money and an easy defence, ensuring that he is champion for another title fight, leading to more money?
I find this line of logic interesting. We've been told by everyone in the UFC and the millions (and millions) of Conor's fans, that Nate isn't a draw. Regarding the importance of the title defense. Well, does beating up a lightweight really matter all that much?

Tyron gets more money to fight an easier opponent.

It really shouldn't be difficult to comprehend why he would want the fight.

It's not a secret that Tyron wants desperately to be loved. I'm not sure that him beating the shit out of a lightweight in a medium money fight accomplishes his goal.

I wonder if Nate and Connor speak directly on the matter to maximize profits for the 3rs fight. I would.

Nate should take the fight, fuck it. He can always shit talk his way into a 3rd conor fight after conor loses a couple.

Many variables to maximize the payday.
