Should be a good fight. RDA has looked really good at 170 and has the power to put Robbie down, but he's going to have to put himself in harms way to do it. I'm going to pick Lawler by KO here but a part of me does wonder if he was enhanced during his run, and he's also 35 yrs old and been thru some wars.

Robbie by ko is how I'm leaning

I know what you mean about questions dealing with Robbie possibly being enhanced but those same questions are also asked about RDA

Robbie 2nd ko

In a final quarter of the year that's had some awesome events, this fight will either still FOTY or be a careful, measured jab and grab.

Lawler, for whatever reason is too gunshy lately. By the time he's ready to pull the trigger, he will already be behind on the scorecards and might not be able to catch up without going for broke and opening himself to another k.o.

I dont see a finish but its possible. I think rda will fail with tds and it will become a kickboxing match with robbie landing the harder shots but rda landing more often especially to the legs.

Just realized its 5 rounds so i could see a late finish more likely from lawler. But i think its more likely to be a hard fought split dec

I'm thinking the wars are starting to catch up with Robbie. RDA by RNC after a knockdown.
Robbie has a lot of fighter miles on him at this point. Over the last few years I have seen glimpses of him slowing down, starting with the Matt brown fight. In his last fight, he certainly didn't look like the lawler of old (awesome and entertaining fight, but not a lawler fight). This fight is a pick 'em, imo.

If Lawler shows up he wins this easy. RDA aint taking him down and Lawlers striking is better than RDA.

RDA all the way. He’s dominated Njokuani (so so mma fighter but damn solid kickboxer), Pettis and Cerrone on the feet. In recent years he’s only come up short against red hot Ferguson and Alvarez. RDA is elite and imo continues to be overlooked.

I sometimes wonder if USADA factors in with Robbie's last few fights.
