As crazy as it sounds, Mayweather himself certainly made it sound like it was a possibility in a live video stream where he answered questions from his fans.

"You already know I'm a money-getting motherf**ker,” he said in the video. “I'm Money May. They just called me not too long ago and asked me to come back. I can come right back to the UFC. If I want, I can go, I can come right back to the UFC, I can go fight in the Octagon. I can do a three or four fight deal in the Octagon and make a billion dollars. Remember, I'm Floyd 'Money' Mayweather, and you motherf**kers love me, and I love you motherf**kers."

i don't think Floyd is scare of an ass whooping, but he wouldn't dare risk tarnishing his image by entering the octagon.

Several years back Floys Sr addressed this scenario.

Well, we already have a candidate for interview of the year. In this Q+A with FightHype.com, Floyd Mayweather Sr. — estranged father of the undefeated boxing champ who’s been hinting that he wants to compete in MMA — tells Percy Crawford what he really thinks about his son’s possible new money-making scheme. And it’s totally fucking amazing. To wit:

PC: I don’t know if you read yet, but Lil Floyd has been talking to Mark Cuban about fighting in mixed martial arts?
FM: He needs to leave that shit alone. He’s going to get the same fucking thing Vince Phillips got; leg broke, arm broke or whatever. Vince Phillips got his arm broke. You can’t mess with that…that’s what they do. You can’t beat nobody at their own game…All of this he talking about right now, this martial arts shit, I’m telling you, he about to get broke the fuck up right now. I’m telling you, he could forget all of that stuff being cute and how you supposed to hit somebody with a check hook. Man, them motherfucker’s going to take that check hook motherfucker and squeeze your guts out. I’m just being real with you man…If he ever want to take a motherfuckin’ loss, you bout to take one right now motherfucker. Go ahead and try that. PC: I didn’t think he was serious at first, but the more I read, it seems like he may try it.

Man, I wish my father was this supportive! It’s good to hear someone from the boxing world speak out about the Pretty Boy Floyd situation, even if everything Mayweather Sr. says about his son is colored by his own bitterness. If other boxers want to save the reputation of their sport, they’ll give Floyd the same advice, and publicly. Floyd & Conor are always good for a laugh. I just can't take ANYTHING they say seriously.

if they were like hey bro, you're standing on train tracks and there's a train coming. i'd get hit by the train lmfao

Would Love to see him fight Khabib or if a smaller weight class Frankie. Very good wrestlers who would take him down and just beat the hell out of him with huge GnP and lots and lots of elbows. Then just when he's had enough choke him out. Not sure why but a "TAP" coming from Floyd would be very satisfying to see.

Although it would probably only be against Conor, which Floyd would have a better chance with. reason being Mac would try and prove something by standing the entire fight. Sure Mac would be able to use kicks, elbows, hold him and so on, but I say better to take him down and right out of his element and make Floyd look completely foolish.

Will never happen but we can dream !!
