Cos he was in custody I guess, maybe he has an ankle bracelet by now.
I know he has a restraining order on contacting anybody from the bus but he is allowed to travel so I don't think he'll have a braclette
I heard they were planning on announcing Conor return so maybe they are still going to do it lol
