They are packing up. It took them about 30 minutes to haul all of their equipment across the park and set up, and it’s taking the same to take it back to their cars. They spent about another 30 minutes stretching and doing kata, with gloves and foot pads on. The one guy kicked the pad about 4 or 5 times, and that was it. I couldn’t even hear a “Whomp” from the kick.

I bumped into someone a couple of months back, he was the younger brother of a friend of mine. Your story just made me recall the time me and his couple year older brother were sparring at his house, I did sort of a jumping push/Bruce Lee dragon kick when he ran towards me and it completely made him fall backwards into the window.
I thought he was gonna beat the shit out of me but he found it funny. I found out when I was talking to his brother he has entered MMA and has a few fights now.
He was a drug addict throughout his 20s and I guess this is what's fixed him.
And by drug addict I must mention I mean down and out herion addict who liked cheated and stole and never had a job. So it's great if MMA has made him refocus and try to achieve something

My worst nutshot was back when I did Taekwondo, might have been 16 or 17. Guy called richard, fat out of shape guy who thought he was jackie fucking chan. He like to think his back kick was lifting off the floor and just missing peoples head. Instead it was swinging up in a perfect uppercut to the nuts and never got much above the waist. I was once in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Took me out of action for 2 days. Just didnt feel good. Borderline going to the hospital.

They left pretty quickly, was unable to take pics this time. It was 2 kind of thicker gals, and they were wearing matching black sweat pants and black sweat tops. I’ll try to be quicker walking out there next time. One had a staff, the other was doing kata.
