I Agree 100%. This guy should not be allowed to fight in the UFC - BJ
How dare you.I Agree 100%. This guy should not be allowed to fight in the UFC - BJ
I'm just reporting what BJ said bro.How dare you.
Yair was happy to fight a diminishing BJ Penn when he was up and coming but now can’t face another up and comer?
BJ’s warrior, Yair’s an opportunist.
I was I was going to make that point. They refused fights all the time. I mean all the time. So much so that Dana White's thinks that they are retired and don't want to fight anyone - they just refuse, and don't get cut. Bizarre.I guess Nick and Nate Diaz got cut too.
That sounds like an incredible match up but I'M not so sure Pico is ready for him just yet. Maybe a couple more fights first. After he gets a few more wins i think that would be an absolute barnburner. Holy shit i hope He signs with bellator now just for that fight aloneYair vs Pico next year for bellator title, heard it here first.
They have contracts and those contracts keep being extended by them refusing fights, plus Nate is a commodity and Nick is still considered PPV worthy if and when he decides to fight again. Yair hasn't done anything yet to warrant special treatment.I was I was going to make that point. They refused fights all the time. I mean all the time. Hell yes it would have! So great match ups for them bothThat's really quite a shame.
Yair vs Zabit would've been a hell of a fight.
I agree completely. But the kid is gonna be great. Just not sure what his logic is turning down those fights. I think he handles Lamas rather easily aand im saying that being from the same neighborhood as Ricardo. He has lost a step and seems somewhat punchy. Zabit might be another story thoughThey have contracts and those contracts keep being extended by them refusing fights, plus Nate is a commodity and Nick is still considered PPV worthy if and when he decides to fight again. I can only think that he's been listening to the wrong people, made a power move and lost big time. I wouldn't be surprised to see the UFC re-signing him in the next few weeks, and I'm not even sure they've actually cut him yet, the article suggested he was notified that he was going to be cut which doesn't sound like the usual statement. What are they waiting for? I think an apology and a change of mindset might convince the UFC to change their minds, but Mr Fake News seems dead set on sabotaging his career in a game of chicken he can't win.I agree completely. I think all Egg wants is a little ball sucking and reach around from YairThat's really quite a shame.

Just to add that I agree with all of this ... except for the last lineI think all Egg wants is a little ball sucking and reach around from Yair
This firing won't actually happen. Yair should just lick the tip and stay in the UFC.
Its not gay if you only do the tip.
The is all speculation of course, but it could be that he simply wants more cash, in light of te type of money being thrown around with the new tv deals.I can only think that he's been listening to the wrong people, made a power move and lost big time. The UFC will go on with or without him
WowBellator has already spoken with him. Basically waiting to see his official release papers before making an offer
I think it may also relate to letting Leslie Smith go. If they let some fighters go for refusing fights it would help their case against her.Part of me thinks that this has to do with the fact that fighters are watching ufc negotiations for potentially 450m a year just in the United States while they are making 40/40
More and more fighters are sitting out trying to make more money. As a fight fan, it really sucks. As someone who has to pay bills, I completely understand.
This is just speculation or course, but it’s not out of the question.
