You very well could but just know there's hell to pay when we hit the mat..I can live with being taken down but just know that you better be strong and in shape coz I'm 210 and stronger than a mfer right now And I won't lose in the very wrestling mat I train on. I'm a lot better now than I was growing up..I'm gonna remind you that you're not wrestling a slouch from England and are tangling with a fkn savage.
I meant “take you down” by dropping a difficult question on you........geez Louise

I wasn’t sure how it was going to be when I went last night. Virgil is a striker so the majority of it will be boxing and Muay Thai. He said one class a week is basically a catch wrestling class, so I’ll definitely try to get to that one each time. I’d much prefer BJJ but my first goal is to get in shape and be around the fight world as much as possible. Plus training with a friend that I’ve watched fight his entire career is fun too. Eventually I’d like to get into a full time bjj school but he’s giving he a monthly price that I can’t beat to meet my first goal.

Means a lot to a friend like him when you come to them and want guidance.. the money you pay him is just a cherry on top..I know it feels great when a good friend wants me to help them train.. training ppl is more fun than fighting honestly.. seeing my ppl succeed is as satisfying as it gets.

I really want to take this post out of context and imagine you're training with the legend himself:

Good for you! I got my kids in a good judo school in December and decided to start back myself, after a 19 year break. It has been fun and humbling.
