Well that sucks. You gonna fork over the $20 or just stream the events you can’t get?
Nope, not paying anything to watch. I'll continue to buy 2 PPV's a year, ones that are stacked but for anything else I can't get on regular TV I generally will watch selected fights the next day

If you have decent internet I can hook you up with IPTV. That way everything is free.

The UFC Canada TV Deal with TSN and The Fight Network expires at the end of the year Since ESPN owns 20% of TSN how will us Canadains have access to the ESPN+ fights? Will we have access to ESPN+? Will the Fights be shown on TSN?

They're gonna have to sign a new deal with TSN or whoever else but maybe FrankieNYC @FrankieNYC can tell you more about the UFC's Canadian dealings.

Newly minted ESPN president Jimmy Pitaro noted that his "top priority at ESPN is audience expansion [and] how we can be more relevant to more people, especially the younger generation? The median age for UFC is 35 years old. Combat sports in general are interesting to us. We want ESPN+ to be the destination for combat sports."

Interesting if you are a boxing fan. Maybe they go after kickboxing too?

So this dral will signal the huge cash suck/cash release that is written into the deal for the owners, correct? I think it was a figure around $400 million?

When the figure that pays out as an exec bonus was released I knew there would be a big deal coming. That was their goal, access the huge exec bonus' the Fertita's had been realizing.

And don't give shit to the fighters.

Additional info on Fox & UFC deal.
Fox gave UFC a hard date of 5/16 to take their offer. UFC didn't.
Fox then made WWE the offer and they agreed & UFC & ESPN negotiated.

Interestingly HHH & Steph were the people that took meetings with murdoch & not Vince or his financial team. That bodes well for the future.
