WWE used to have an exclusive at MSG, but since they stopped doing TV/PPV there (due to cost) that was no longer in effect.
ROH had a tentative date to run MSG, but ...

Ring of Honor COO Joe Koff says the company has lost its date at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Koff implied to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com that WWE played a role in ROH losing the date. “I’m not going to discuss beyond this statement because I am not going to litigate this in the press, Koff said. “We had a deal with [Madison Square] Garden and they then told us they were backing out after communications from the WWE.

“We are not able to get any other dates in any kind of discussion. I’m expecting that our lawyers will be contacting all the parties involved and the best we can hope is that we can find a resolution, so we can bring the kind of energy and excitement that ROH and our partner New Japan to a bigger audience and to bigger arenas and to the fans of New York City.”

ROH Should do the Hammerstein Ballroom and rock the house. Sell tickets at double the price. Put on a kick ass show and give msg and wwe two big middle fingers.

Ya know what, I fucked up, I read that somewhere, and cant source it with anything credible.

Feel like that guy in the raining sad gif.
I'm still lost what you were trying to say though lol

AAA has nothing to do with WWE/ROH
AAA were looking at 9/16 for MSG

ROH press released that they no longer have the MSG date so everyone reported it
Ah, but was that MSG cancelling or specifically Vince/HHH/ or co doing it? Have a feeling its just the Garden and not Vince. HHH would love them to so future NXT stars get a rub.

HHH does not love ROH & New Japan working together to steal WWE's mania thunder & go up against NXT.

Im mostly saying its ridiculous to think Triple H, the guy who brought in Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ fucking Styles, hates the indy scene. After partnering up with NOAH and ICW, dont think he hates it, mate.

I never said he "hates" anything
He wants to control things for his benefit. Not as bad as Vince but still does.
You think he is happy that ROH & NJPW are getting huge & showing wrestlers that there is money to be made elsewhere for less work & more freedom?
The reason they are working with others is to control them.
Look into why they are doing the England matches ...

...
...

Are you back?

now you know that they are doing it because a company in England tried getting a prime TV slot that was better than WWE's

;)

One has zero to do with the other.
Why would he be happy with ROH/NJPW going up against NXT on Mania weekend?
He has recruited quite abit of their stars. HHH seems to be a long term man. For instance, I think what you are claiming, and correct me if I am wrong, HHH/Vince hate the indys. They let Jericho go to NJPW and then come back for GRR, fhen he wins NJPW IC Belt, HHH loves the Indys, because their stars may sign with WWE.

Actually it has been confirmed even Vince is changing a bit. That Gaunlet match on Raw before Elimination Chamber PPV, Vince’s idea.

Also showcasing Rollins and keeping AJ as champ is an example. And where did they get those two? ROH/Impact/NJPW
