Politifact and Snopes don't assign ratings to sites, just individual stories. Politifact only have one story from Raw story (about jellyfish) and snopes only has 2 (about Al Franken's resignation and about Brandon Hall. Not really enough to evaluate the veracity of the site. The story Kwingjitsu linked originated with the New York Times and was picked up under various headlines by multiple media outlets.
People can still make their minds up about what it means that the Trump team was made aware of the Russian operation, but the story checks out.

In articles that are mostly a reference to another, I prefer to read the original. In this instance the article was written at the New York Times by two Pulitzer-Prize winning journalists. It's a good piece and I recommend everyone read it.

i'm having a little trouble quantifying the actual impact. It's not news to me that Russia (or any foreign nation, even our allies) tried to influence the election with social media. But when I look at the numbers, it seems like their involvement was a drop in the bucket.
I suppose the leak of the DNC's emails might have had an effect, but polling indicated that it just confirmed what everyone already assumed about the DNC and RNC. Regardless, it's an indication of how screwed up our electoral system is when the argument from the DNC is "we would have won if our corruption and malfeasance hadn't been exposed"

You're thinking the US has never try to interfere with elections? Is this meme that far off? There's plenty of historical evidence of the US mingling in other nation's politics. Ask France. Ask anyone really. You can pretend the meme makes no sense because it happens to be Obama, but I think it's a policy that all recent presidents have embraced, including Obama.
