I wanna change my vote.
Henderson was the UFC 17 MW tournament winner. Even though he really didn't beat Newton imo, that should count for a title, even though he & Frank never fought.
I still haven't seen the fight, but according to many he beat Bisping as well.
I'm torn.
Cro Cop should've won UFC gold easily, but he sucked in the octagon.

Ken Shamrock is worth a mention as he only won a superfight, if Hendo makes the list.

Wanderlei Silva-
He holds the record for the most wins, knockouts, title defenses, and longest winning streak in PRIDE history. He is the former PRIDE Middleweight Champion, and the 2003 Pride Middleweight Grand Prix Champion.
He also has some big wins over UFC champs but never held the UFC gold himself.

Yeah I'm not sure why I forgot Wandy, he should have been on the list.

From the list, I picked Faber simply because he was the poster-child champ for WEC. He was a long reigning champ whereas Rory never reached that level.

Hendo and Mirko did become champions but they didn't reign over a division over a period of years.
