Twice baked potatoes sour creambuttered salt pepper sharp cheddar.
MONSTER rib eye cooked in butter w/montreal steak topped with fried sweet onions & beefsteak tomatoes.
I'd never done this one before but did Mini brussel sprouts and Cauliflower in a glaze concocted of Cayenne pepper pink Himalayan salt molasses and butter. Will do again.

I'm on third shift. Seems perfectly normal to me.
Sweet chilli, lemon, ginger, chicken. More a 5 am snack than dinner but it's still good.

Wife and daughter got home late so I cooked them up some sausages, eggs, kimchi, pickled papaya and toast.

It tastes good and like all fermented foods is supposedly good for gut health. Think of it like Asian sauerkraut (it’s pretty good on hot dogs too).
