USADA Spokesperson - “Our program that tests UFC fighters around the world has no impact on what any state commission program does and has never attempted to replace their jurisdiction. They’ve always had the ability to adjudicate cases as they please and we have not interfered with their decision-making. We look forward to continuing to work with Andy and the CSAC.”
no, what usada are saying is

"We are a private company in a private contract with UFC. What we do and what the UFC do is fuck all of CSAC's business. If the UFC want to suspend their fighters from fighting they can and will and theres nothing CSAC can do about it.

Obviously if we can all get along it would be great, but if we cant we really dont care"

If the UFC have one of their fighters tested by usada, and that fighter tests positive, and usada suspend them from fighting for a year, and the UFC are good with that, its really got nothing to do with CSAC at all and there is absolutely nothing Andy Foster can do about it.

Wow... you think this will end up in court then or will USADA just let CSAC
adjudicate like they are claiming?

I don't see the UFC letting the State decide everything but as far as licensing
goes I can see why the state is saying "Wait a minute we issue the license
so we have jurisdiction here"

Andy also took shots at the UFC paying a 3rd party.

Personally I just think CSAC wants more control over the fees and fines.

Admittedly I have a bias though cuz I think they all are crooked and dirty
so I appreciate your insight

USADA dont care what CSAC do, it really doesnt impact them..

USADA are hired by the UFC to administer their anti doping program. They will continue to do that. A fighter tests positive, the USADA will suspend them and the UFC will abide by those suspensions.

If CSAC also want to suspend them, for a totally conflicting period of time, thats up them, makes no difference to USADA.

At the moment in most areas USADA have good relations. So for instance, In Nevada they co-ordinate with NSAC so USADA test the main card on fight night, NSAC do the prelims so there isnt doubling up going on.

If CSAC decide to play silly arses and insist on testing everyone (and sending the samples to shitty quest diagnostics) as well as USADA testing them, all that will do is piss off the fighters, and in turn the UFC
