They were brought in to do that. Part of their job is also figuring out who acted in bad faith and who didn't. They were not brought in to drag every person who pops through the mud. They are brought in to be impartial. Being that that is the case, it would make sense that they don't immediately convict every positive test.
^ Not a defense of Jones, just a comment on the idea that the only way to be impartial is to come out here and say why Jon might be guilty.
I admire the concept, but in practice it allows cheats to slip through the crack. Jon wasn't even the first one to use the tainted dick pill excuse. And Novitsky just confirmed they weren't able to determine the source from his failed test in 2017.
If anything, Jon should be suspended until a proper investigation plays out.

Everyone will think anyone who loses to him lost because of PEDs and if he loses it won't be a victory since everyone will think Jon was off the juice so he wasn't as good. Who really wants to see him fight at this point?

I said it earlier, but I would rather a cheater get away with it than an innocent person get in trouble.
The fighters already have to keep USADA up to date when they go anywhere, 24 hrs a day. This drug test program is already insane.

It's like pretending that Barry Bonds was only one of the best hitters of all time because of steroids, completely ignoring the skills, and the fact that steroids were rampant when both of their careers began. I know that PEDs help you a lot; I am not denying that, but denying Jones' immense talent is equally as crazy, in my opinion.

Fair point, but the answer is super simple. When the sample is collected you also give them samples of every supplement you take. Every supplement. If you piss got the first thing they do is test your supplements. If your supplements are tainted we can talk. If you “forget” to give them all your supplements, fuck off. Waiting until after the fact and claiming tainted supplements is a ridiculous excuse that cheaters are using time and time again. I’m sick of hearing the bullshit.

This is pretty bad. The press needs to go after them and hold the UFC/USADA
relationship responsible. This is flat out lying to the public
and to their other fighters now.
Sounds like under the pressure they decided to come out with shit they had
no intention of admitting he failed for. They just got busted red handed in the
middle of an attempted cover up
