I understand some members were getting pissed off at each other but what the fuck mods? Pink them and leave a note telling people to calm the fuck down.

Everyone has shit days and says things that are out of line now and again (well, not me and all the never been pinked people, but most everyone) but if we start shutting down every thread where people call each other names then this place is doomed.

I don't agree with all sorts of shit I read here but I have never put anyone on ignore. I believe that if you can't even read someone else's opinion (no matter how fucking wrong you think it may be) without raging out and censoring the things they say because they aren't in agreement with the way you see the world, then you have lost the ability to reasonably disagree and would rather live in a world full of parrots that make you feel secure with your ego. If that's you, then take a look at yourself.

If you hate their opinion try to change it, maybe they'll say some shit that'll change yours or at the very least you'll know your enemy.

Posters come to the backside of a karate forum for all sorts of reasons but being treated like children isn't one of them.

I agree with all except the last sentence

a few of these posters seem to use the place to act exactly like children(undisciplined ones at that), not sure what to do about it but they certainly stoop to juvenile behavior

I agree threads do die eventually and that one was likely to get back to normal before it ran it's course

But deal with them on an individual basis, don't let them be the benchmark for the way you govern the site as a whole.

There will always be assholes but you can't start treating everyone like they're the asshole. Then the asshole is you.

To whichever mod did this, for one I appreciate you not having me on ignore, secondly my point about opinion changing because of things you read was just validated and lastly, thanks for listening to the members.

I realize this place can sometimes be a bath salts fuelled shit show, that you deal with a lot of shit for no money (while fucking Splinty @Splinty floats around boiling meat on his yacht) and it can't be all sunshine and rainbows but unlike a other sites, you actually listen to the members.

Most of the people on my ignore list are only there because they shit up my alerts feed with stupid ass ratings. That or they're so obsessed with me that all they ever did was quote or tag me non-stop.

I come on here to have fun, ain't nobody got time for that.
