He definitely should have handled it better, but that was a terrible stoppage
Yeah, here's one. He's done being an elite HW ever. Big fan of his, but i don't want to see him fight again.
I mostly agree. I didn’t think it was terrible, but a little too early for my liking especially considering what was at stake. He wasn’t out cold and very well may have recovered, and I’m sure he’d have rather been put totally out than have the ref step in like that. TJ himself said that he’s terrible at losing and doesn’t handle it well. I believe he’ll get that fight again at 135, so he may be able to get this one back.
