Second guy is on steroids.

As you get older it's easy to stay in shape in the sense of... Can you gain muscle? Is your metabolism similar to when you are younger? Can you be healthy without inevitable falling apart?

the answer is yes. As you age you can easily keep a good amount of muscle mass low body fat healthy blood pressure and good cholesterol.

Most people fail from weight gain.
The hardest part about weight gain is that once you age, responsibilities increase that both push for bad food choices and limit activity.

the basal metabolic rate between somebody in their twenties in their 40s is typically only a couple hundred calories difference. That's two pieces of large whole wheat bread to cut out to stay slim.

But...
The guy in their 40s has 20 years of bad habits to undo. 20 years of doing the right thing or it will get you.
If you're eating an extra 250 calories a day you're going to gain an extra 2 pounds a month until you plateau.
What's 24 lb a year. if you keep increasing your calories as you might continue to be increasingly hungry as you get fatter, it's 240 lb a decade. That's unlikely but you get the idea.

As you can see the idea that you end up with 20 or 50 lb extra in your forties is easy. Two pieces of bread over basal rate.

If you keep your body fat between 10 and 15% as a guy, adjusting diet and activity as needed, allowing that you're going to sometimes be heavier than 10% but need to diet down anytime you start sneaking towards 15, you'll have no problem staying in shape into your 40s and 50s.

Adding a few days of weightlifting and few days of cardio, get your prostate checked and start a baby aspirin in your 50s. Get your colonoscopy. Don't smoke. Don't drink too much. Don't tan.

You find yourself 50 with very few health problems.
Fucking Professional!^

If you are honest with yourself - even if you are happily married you will still want to know that sttractive ppl find you attractive. Thats why that old guy is roiding and so many middle age women are boxtoxing and getting massive fake breasts. They feel invisible otherwise.

I said that because you and several other men said he was on steroids. I want to know how you know.

Lots of reasons you don't really care about and I won't engage with you on.

You're more important worry e should be that he's in his thirties.

Its natural to want to remain viable for reproduction. When you realize you have no mating potential anymore it causes people to ponder their purpose. Such as take a bunch if roids and over inflate your boobies to trick the opposite sex into seeming still visble for reproduction.

But your sperm would be deteriorated and full of 3 headed backward swimmers and you dont produce any eggs that will remain on the walls of the hall.
