Thanks to South Korea. Did you forget Trump was tweeting about fire and fury while moon jae-in was busily bending over to try and repair relations for a future Singapore summit?
But nothing accomplished in these last two meetings. It wasted a lot of time and money and the only thing to come out of it was insincere photos of handshaking and claims of deal making but nothing of value ever progressed as most of us already knew would happen.
You have just demonstrated what liam said was true about Trump's base accepting that it was still a win. It only happened because of moon jae-in. In participating, Trump hasn't accomplished anything more than Obama did. Outside of whatever deals Moon keeps with the North and for however long, that's about as long as you can expect the missles to stay stopped from shooting over the Sea of Japan.
You would have to be extremely mentally challenged to assume they would walk away from nuclearization after investing so much into achieving it in the first place and it has been the single and only reason they haven't been obliterated off the face of the earth yet. Can you really tell me any thinking person assumed that this would happen going into these talks?
