H didn't collapse. One arm went to the ground and it was enough for rogan to state he was out. Having said that, it wasn't enough for the ref to stop the fight. The fight was stopped after robbie gave a thumbs up, but no verbal indication (jaw was under pressure) that he was ok to continue. Zero delay after fight was stopped for robbie to jump up.

Lawler was not getting out but I can see a big lift to a dump.

No way he was out but he didn't know what to do for a few seconds.

As a result, he got caught.
