Weight classes are supposed to be for the midgets too small to fight at HW. They're not supposed to be for HWs too scared to fight at HW.

This division would be much more entertaining without Jones or Cormier (previously). The drop-off after those two is clear, but if those two were out of the way, there would be so many competitive matchups between Smith, Reyes, Volkan, Walker, Gus, etc.
Jones is arguably the biggest talent in history. The LHW division is super shallow and Jones has a license to cheat for the foreseeable future. No one is going to give him a competitive fight.
Y’all are counting out Thiago Santos. That guy is a killer at 205 and I’ve been thinking he’d be a great match up against Jones since the Manuwa fight. It’s tough betting against Jones but I would love to see this fight get made and see what Marreta has for Jon “picograms” Jones. 
Some young talent coming up quickly. Will be interesting to see how these young confident dudes fight Jones.

Jones beats him blindfolded and in constant hysterical laughter that people actually gave Santos a chance.
Reyes beats Volkan he gets the next shot...Reyes is the only guy with the length and legit boxing to hang with JBJ...Reyes hands are on another level and his movement is top notch especially being that big.
You must be thinking of another fight. It was very even until that 3rd round where Santos annihilated Jan with that right hook/left hook combo. Thanks for encouraging me to go watch it again. Beautiful stuff.
