I have studied natural medicine and healing for many years, I would like to try and help you. If you would prefer, you can PM me the video. But as there are other sleep experts in this thread I suggest that you post the video here so that everyone can see.

This was a good start and I can already see some problems that could be fixed with changes of position. How heavily does she sleep? Can you move her into different positions without waking her? It's a pity that her arm was covering her chest as it would have been useful to see her lung movement, it appears as though she is breathing with her diaphragm. Would also need to see more of the lower abdomen as it was mostly covered.

Are you a naturopath? My father, Splinty @Splinty, the founder of this website, and I are both chiropractors. I hope you aren’t trying to move into our turf!

She does sleep heavily when she's been drinking and I probably can change her position. I can't host the video anywhere If I show her tits. And if I go much lower on the abdomen I'm making a jungle documentary.

Sir forgive me, I am not here to intrude on your your turf, I am merely an amateur practitioner and am not here to steal business. This along with my amateur gynecology studies is very satisfying to me.

There are sites that allow you to upload such things. And you can post them in the NSFW forum here, it's not like you're posting porn, it's for medical purposes. That's how most sleep studies are done, the person wears as minimal clothing as possible so the body can be analyzed while it sleeps.

I understand the need to see her breathing and her body but I don't want to have to host her on a porn site because there was a bit of incidental nudity so I can link it here, and facebook or youtube don't allow any nudity.

Surely the video I posted is good enough for what you need, it shows most of what you asked for.

The video you posted showed nothing useful. You are wasting our time. What I need you to do is go in there and pull the blanket off her completely and film her chest, her lower abdomen and her upper thighs, her throat and mouth, and clear shots of her face. Then post them in the NSFW forum for our analysis.

Cameron Tiger @Cameron Tiger is quickly becoming one of my favourite posters.

Cheers mate, I wish it was for happier reasons.

I did what you said and pulled back the blanket and tried to move her arm but she kept moving it back in her sleep. I've got video of her whole body now but I really don't want to post it. She's a lady in her 50s and I know people will make rude comments about her. I don't post this stuff because I want people to judge her body. I just want some bargain basement snoring cure advice.

Well no one here is going to laugh or make fun of a mature woman with a medical condition, we all have mothers and grandmothers.

And you must remember that it is for therapeutic reasons that you are doing this. So there is nothing wrong about it.

I can understand your concerns though, so PM me and you can send me a copy of that video for my own personal research. I will give you an honest review of what I think.

OP this is the last time I am going to type this as I am not sure at this point if you are trolling. She needs a sleep study period. If she is noncompliant there really isn’t anything a bunch of guys on an MMA forum can help you with.
