I found this via the other site.....I was a member but only logged in twice and made 2 posts over 10+ years........ mysticmac @mysticmac actually found one the other day.....

Anyway, someone posted in a thread over there something like "just get over it, this place won't change, check out the mma community there's a bunch of cool guys and gals over there".......

For those that don't like me, you can blame that thread......

I think that proves that I am very good at promoting even handed, fair minded discussion regarding not only MMA but a variety of topics in the off topic forum.

Somebody pm'd me on a forum and said, "we're thinking about starting a forum that works for the people, rather than the other way around, would you mind running it?"

I said, "show me you can get 54 members and I'll join, but I'm not running it. Get someone with a wackey name like "just bleed", or "I wild each it lol that meets their naked", or "the snozberries taste like snozberries" or some **** to run the show. But first and foremost, get 54 members to join".

Next thing you know, there was an ad on the front page of OUI magazine with my statement, and it happened in no time.

Leigh @Leigh made a post about this forum on his FB and then I got here.

I had been on the UG/OG since roughly late 01 but got a username in 04. I enjoyed the place for quite some time until TUF I guess.. The quality of the crowd decreased imo. Mostly OGing then just hung around the SC forum as it was a shelter from all the b.s/trolls. It's not anymore.

This place is better for sure.

Saw a post on the other site of someone showing off their TMMAC shirt. Came and checked it out. Stayed and never went back.

Was never a member on the other site long enough to draw them here.

For the record October 21st was NOT the battle of Trafalgar. I think I had been sniffing the spice or something when I posted this
