Not involuntary by any means, but we don’t know if she was reaching for something and changed her mind, pulled back, etc. Also that is a short clip with no context to the lift attempt or any body adjustments by either woman. Common sense has to prevail.
I don't know about common sense but my logic tell me her intent was to confuse either Rose, the referee, or both of them but have the ace card of "it wasn't 3 times." Look at her build, she clearly has no issue with skirting rules.

It's wierd to think of MMA's restrictions.

No punches to the back of the head.

But Kicking full force is fine.

No knees to a grounded opponent.

But break every bone in thier face with GnP its OK.

Wish this was no holds barred like the Good ole days.

Granted as was at infantcy at that time.

But even than I loved a good fight.

Maybe she was checking the time on her apple watch, scratching an itch, swatting at a fly, applying sun screen...or... trying to get Rose to loosen her grip.
