Yup. I was 3 when we went to my dad's home village in Portugal - a cattle farming area made of old stone houses which then had no running water or linking roads. I remember walking out onto a path and a stray cow charging at me. I was scared of all medium-sized to large animals until I went to India (cows everywhere there and they're all chill as fuck). Even now though Id rather stay away from all animals. Kid will have similar feelings imo

I also got the cow charge back in the day a few times, probably shit my lil pants...was in Pendleton, Oregon if I recall
But I love the animals now, unless they are fucking with me
