I went to the Twins game today. Just got home. We live 4 and a half hours north of the twin cities. I didn't realize it until just now that my throat and voice are messed up pretty good. I was yelling my head off a few times today. Fun game, great weather, Twins swept em, shut em out, everything was fantastic. Took a few pics but it never does it justice.

Buxton hurt himself slamming into the center field wall tonight. Big surprise... He sprints like a god damn deer and doesn't slow down for anything.

Twins got some new kid pitching tonight named Smeltzer (lefty). His fastball is only about 90mph. He's got a change and a 75mph curveball. Brewers got Davies pitchin. I'd be surprised if our guy out duels him. But he struck out three of the first five batters.

Cincinnati's Dietrich has 3 homers tonight. He's up to 17. I knew he had a few but not that much. That's awesome.

Listening to the Yanks / Padres game while at work. Didn't realize I had the Yankees broadcast on until I heard "It is high! It is far! Voigt hits one...to Detroit!"

First off - if he hit it to Detroit that ball would be foul as fuck.

Second of all - I am now listening to the Padres broadcasters as they aren't annoying as fuck.

How does that motherfucker have a job?

No way he keeps up that pace but it's fun to watch. He's a fun player. A touch on the cocky side. He likes to watch those HRs a bit. He'll probably take one in the ribs today.

7 of his 17 HRs have come against the Pirates. In 22 ABs. Haha.

The month of May saw the most HRs (1135) hit in a single month in MLB history.

The old mark was 1119, set in August of 2017.

Clint Frazier is such a terrible defensive outfielder.

With Hicks back I really hope that we can use him as bait in a package to add another starting pitcher.
