He put 5 millions of his own money.
Shit... restaurant business can be lucrative.
restaurant business is cut throat.

Rather have a food truck.....smaller more streamlined menu and you can up and move if this or that corner isn't working.

SongExotic2 @Schlong2 stop eating at those grimey pubs and Ching Chong places and help out your own.

Not the Mexican food trucks, help Jamie. Also, not Jaime. Jamie.

On the negative side, you have to move to Portland to serve a clientele comprised entirely of smelly hipsters. And spend each day arguing with your business partner and husband, Gregory, about which supplier to get cornichons from.

Fuck that blubber mouth. I've not been to one of his restaurants. Not heard good things tho
Well fukn go and save him. Gordon Ramsey just proved he’s the best Limey chef on this planet. I know he’s Scottish but it’s all the same.

Been to Ramsey's restaurant. Can't remember what I had. That speaks volumes although I don't recall thinking it was bad or anything. And I went to a couple places that were on his show and both were great

Portland has the most over-rated culinary scene in the US.

EDIT:

Except 'Le Pigeon'. That place is elite.

This was a problem a long time ago
It was in danger of collapsing for a while
They made a good burger with some good “sides”
But these chefs don’t cook there.....ie Ramsay getting a Michelin star taken away for to the inconsistency
And how do I become a food critic so I can get paid to eat and paid off for good reviews?
