Even though it's full of bleeding heart, tree hugging, indigenous, draft dodging hippies.
I'd still go with B.C.

Quebec only exists because Alberta funds it.

LoL

Let's talk about it for a sec
Albertans fixation with Quebec

Albertans love to bash Quebec and blame everything on those damn Frenchies. I've known this for a fact ever since my uni days.

Quebec AND Bc dont want a pipeline on their turf? Blame it on Quebec only (and conveniently omit bc). Laughable.

PEI receives the most equalization payments per capita... Never mind blame it on Quebec!! LoL

Ever heard of the Dutch disease? Well Alberta oil jacked the value of the dollar which strongly affected Quebec and Ontario s exports making them more expensive and therefore seriously non competitive. But duh equalization payments bruh.

And finally, could Alberta woes be more related to a chronic and legendary incapacity to diversify its economy? And not just those Frenchies? Don't believe me?
Take it from the financial post:
After 50 years of trying to diversify its economy, Alberta is still stuck on oil

Nah
Albertans should thank Quebec. Without us they'd have nobody to blame.

If you ever want to know what's wrong with where you live, ask an Albertan. In the event you're having trouble finding one, just wait a few minutes, they'll tell you.
right before they tell you how much they made last year and how much they paid for their truck

yeah last year was rough but at least it kept the red plates on the right side of the mountains
We had a bunch of returners last year. It was an interesting thing where the local car dealerships were seeing big influxes of high end used trucks being traded for little commuter cars.

Hold on a sec....

North Eastern BC is very rich in Natural resources...and also contribute to the Equalization payments. Yes, they have some turds in Vancouver that are saying no to expansion projects...but check the news lately...they are losing those court battles.

Each province has no right to prevent other provinces from getting their natural resources to markets. The federal government is fuking that one up right now...but that will change soon enough.

Stop pointing the finger at little old PEI. In 2018 Quebec received roughly 12 billion in equalization payment. The total amount that was spread out was 19 billion.

Meanwhile the Fed Liberals just announced 5 more years of the same flawed Equalization formula.

5 years of zeroes for Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland, while Quebec keeps receiving $50-$60 BILLION.
