literally whenever I read about him, it would be about his hair, the sponsors he has, his emphasis on doing things to make sure you're ok outside the sport, being a ring boy...

the ufc needs a mass purge. cut 150 guys from the bottom of the roster and another 50 from the rankings who are either too old or guys who are going nowhere. it would be the best thing for the ufc and the best thing for the mma market in general. there is enough places for these guys to fight now that the ufc is not the be all and end all of the mma world .if you are not an up and comer,a solid ranked guy or a champion/former champion level fighter then the ufc should not be for you. if they want to charge big bucks and make you buy esnp+ on top of it all then the product should be top notch. the rest of the guys can go to PFL or bellator if not they can go to LFA . if they can there is always one fc and rizin in asia or M1 ,fight nights russia, KSW cage warriors etc in europe. as usual the UFC is hogging all the talent and watering itself down. MMA in general would be much better if the ufc cut the roster drastically .some guys might become stars in lesser promotions and work their way back even.

I don't having anything against fighters competing in shows like the Survivor but people don't deserve anything but suffering if they go to Big Brother. Makwan Amirkhani (you guys remember him?) was in a show where two teams of two Finnish celebrities went to the woods and stayed there for two days and I guess someone won at the end. Stupid ass show but it helped Makwan to get his name out there
I hope he shows some improvements on Saturday. His hands looked better in his last fight after time spent at SBG and he has been working on his boxing in Finland after that
