The problem isn’t why an age group is rejecting a political parties base ideas, its that there are only two parties and they are diametrically opposed.
There’s no where for the people who don’t want to vote for the insane socialist movement of the Democrats and are disgusted with Christian religious values being made law by the republicans (interesting fact, my iPhone just capitalized Democrats, twice now, but not republicans).

I'm an atheist but the R's have 90% of the policies I agree with. If you are looking for perfect in life you are rarely going to find it. I don't agree with any of the religious kaka and I find a lot of them to be hypocrites but I agree with maybe 5% of the dems so the choice is easy for me.

I was being serious. Where do people think the word "conservationist" comes from? TR did the heavy lifting for the national park system. Hell, it was Nixon who came up with the EPA. It's only recently that the left has taken up the cause of the environment, it was traditionally only seen as something for the rich to concern themselves with. It actually puts a lot of people (like myself) in a really strange position of being a political orphan.

I find it weird for example that society nowadays is basically made to feel ashamed to have or want something as simple and natural as the nuclear family. You never see a traditional healthy nuclear family on TV anymore. In fact its become a joke, a laughable stereotype. Hollywood is trying to scrub it from the culture, make it look ignorant/hateful/non-inclusive etc.
Is that part of 'traditional values'? And if so why are you against it?

I do know that it has regular softcore sex scenes it, on TV. That in itself is a symptom on the boiling frogs technique I am alluding to. I hear open cursing on the radio too with my kids now.

I have children and I watch a lot of TV and film with them and this couldn't be further from the truth. Now you're making some slippery slope argument about censorship of straight married families that also isn't represented by the vast majority of shows and films. By and large, it's still a man and a woman with a couple kids.
Game of Thrones is a premium cable TV show that isn't a symptom of anything. HBO has been depicting sexuality since you and I were children so that argument also doesn't wash.

Neither are the case. When you look across film and television, the vast majority of it is as traditional as ever. The issue is much less the fictional work, which is controllable and conforms to recycled tropes, narratives and characters if not being outright remakes. Reality television in all its forms is where there's much more bedlam and stuff you'd want to have your kids avoid.
