You know i've had this wok over 18 years. Since I first moved out. My dad had it and he told me to chuck it, but I managed to smuggle it out. It's made of a good iron, which has survived more than one pan fire.

I'Ll see if I can get sone chicken to cook in it tomorrow. I might just buy chicken breast, and cut it into pieces? Thanks.
Get a new pan, please. A nice cast iron one. That is a little scary.

Chicken breast. You can butterfly it and tenderize it to flatten it a bit.

Thanks N @Never_Rolled I haven't eaten or cooked meat seriously in over twenty years. Then last night I watched a Gordon Ramsay masterclass couple videos, on how to prepare and cook chicken. Today, i'm going to go in to my supermarket, and see how much it will cost me to buy some chIcken. Preferably fresh. Maybe get some root vegetables as well. Cook them. Then upload the end product for scores. Before eating it!
Doesn't Derby have a KFC? Why go through all that?

Seriously and I didn't know this until a few days ago but don't wash it. It's suppose to be really bad and spread germs all around.

go to the butcher tomorrow and ask him for a whole rooster .he will give you a good deal on it
I was thinking about bottling out and buying Quorn (substitute meat) pieces. Or getting it from the supermarket. Or from the butcher? And I'm not sure if I want a whole bird, or just the breast. In fact i'm not sure what I want to cook. I may just buy some butter and flour and raisins, and make some rock buns instead?!

I can now confirm that cooked chicken breast tastes much yummier than synthetic meat. It is soft, tender and tasty. And also filling!
Why did you not eat meat in the first place? Is one of your alter egos Canadian per chance?
