-that win was the last fight on her contract.
-she and dana hate each other
-bet she is fond of Scott Coker and would, no doubt, like to be reunited with a boss who appears to give a fuck
-Nunes is a hard fight, even if she wants it
-UFC will likely offer her the rematch but the pay will stink
-meanwhile she could get a decent payday by hyping up a match with Julia Budd.
-it would be cool to see her fight Gabi Garcia!

UFC or Bellator?

hang on, seems that Rogan is fairly well known to be biased along the lines of his own preferences, but it seems a tad unusual that he might be BLATANTLY biased along company lines, over something serious, rather than just assisting with product placement etc

She SHOULD go to Bellator, they have a legit 145 lbs division.... However that Nunes loss will hang over her, so I'm sure she wants that fight again.

Truth is, she may have 2 more years in her, then age will really play a factor in her cutting weight and making that division... The UFC could offer her a 3 fight deal, giving her a Nunes rematch, than maybe that Megan Anderson fight they were hoping for, and possibly a blown up 135er to end her career... But on the off chance she does beat Nunes, I'm sure they'll run a trilogy there (for the record, I don't think Nunes loses to Cyborg at this point in their careers).

She could also go to One FC, or some Japanese org and beat up geriatrics and pro wrestlers for the next 10 years, and be worshipped as a fight goddess there.

She said, today on the Ariel Helwani Show, that they offered her a 6 fight contract for lower pay than she's willing to accept, and that she's also not interested in fighting once a year for six years, especially for an organization that continues to damage her brand from business and legacy standpoint. The entire interview is worth a listen. By the way, just rewatched the fight and Rogan's commentary was even worse the second time.

I'd say Bellator or Japan

The ONLY reason that the UFC offers her a contract at this point is to block her from fighting anywhere else. Like her or not, Cyborg is an attraction and this is a business of attractions. Dana obviously has an issue with her, though.. and she's right to be pissed about the things that Dana and Rogan said about her in the past.

My vote is Bellator. Unfortunately, they don't have more than 1 or 2 fighters who can survive a round against her, but I think the pay will be competitive and she will be in an organization that will treat her better. Also, she will be a big fish in a medium-sized pond, so Bellator will want to book her to fight more often. Right now, in my opinion, the UFC just wants to handcuff her under their contract. She should bounce.

I think she goes to Bellator. As people stated she has a relationship with Coker, plus with the new co-promoting with Rizin they have a few more fights. Not like she's going to be fighting another 5 years. I say she does one maybe two a year for maybe 3 more years. That 3 to 6 fights. Very manageable for Bellator to make somewhat interesting matches at that amount
