storytime bros. I'm here to drop some truth on the reality of the world. I've been a distributor of cancer and lies for years. My heart was right but the money was too good to NOT secretly sneak autism into your children.

When I went to med School the first three classes were on how to persuade patients that they don't need these natural cures because I never be able to pay my med school debt if they knew about CBD and lavender, but rather I was to push my expensive drugs that that helps sponsor me by some guy known as "big farmer".

We have a 99 year old. His knees are bone on bone so not much you can do. The RA docs had him on some pretty strong meds that were injected into the knee. This actually helped him but as time went on he was needing the shots more often. Someone decided to put him on CBD oil instead.

Pretty much zero difference. His GF says if he takes a little too much he gets a little goofy but it doesn’t help at all with the knee pain.

Down here you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it also. I’m not convinced.

i personally dont give a fuck about CBD .i smoke weed to get fuckin high i do know some people who swear by it but i also know people who swear by the bullshit that natures fair sells that make the same claims. i kind of buy into it being snake oil for stoners the same way tea tree oil and peppermint is for facebook moms. i bought a cbd vape 2x i think it made me sleep better but it also had 28% thc so who knows. i would like to see someone do scientific and unbiased studies on it to find out what it really does and doesnt do. i can buy into claims like it helps anxiety or inflamation but i think it goes full retard when people start making claims like it cures cancer

I posted about this before.
Yes you need an LLC and to pay yourself a market ready salary and then take the rest of your money as distributions. But yes the primary interest is you need to run your own business to create as many tax deferred vehicles such as retirement accounts and hsa accounts as possible.

but the thing that really stands out to me is that your friend is paying 300,000 a year in taxes as a doctor.
Even as a W-2 that means he's probably making around $8-900,000 a year. That is substantially above the median physician income even for surgeons.

If he’s making close to a million probably not far off. Some taxes there is simply not a way to mitigate them. Payroll tax for instance. Unless you are paying cash under the table your on the hook in full. He needs a great accountant to take care of his burden as best as possible. Even with that you don’t want to get silly and invite an audit. My accountant always says he doesn’t feel sorry for his complaining high taxed clients as they are high earners to pay that tax.
