Sitting outside in the dark on the foot steps of Devils Tower, Breathing deeply the cool crisp Air, staring up into the Stars .... reflecting back on my shit posting on the TMMAC over the years, now deciding to refocus my attention on posting quality content as we move forward nearing 2020 and beyond.

The World is being thrust into Chaos (or so we are told through the media) but out here in the Wilderness a sense of peace and tranquility takes over, out here in the silence away from society I am able to refocus on the big picture that is life ...and in this time, my thoughts return to TMMAC forum!

The MMA Community is a special place - a group of members who share a passion for MMA! Here we have an awesome core of members that makes it unique, separates it from other forums like Sherdog or The UG / OG, here we have something special. Going forward I plan to contribute quality posts to help this forum continue to be a great spot for MMA fans and help ensure Splinty @Splinty and Wild @Wild's vision lives on for ages to come!

Summer of 2019 is just about over - time to focus on the TMMAC posting and continue making this forum the SHIT!

I don't know a single song on that list.
I know Thunder Rolls by Garth Brooks..
Out here in the wilderness, believe it or not, I've been revisiting Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Yep, been to all those places. We didn’t go into Crazy Horse, just saw it from the main road. It’s crumbling faster than they can build it.

It's awesome. I used to sing the hell out of that song when I was little.
A lot of very specific state references (blow from the Okechobee, all the way up to Micanopy; ghost of Osceola) that only a native would know or that would be too ridiculous for a non-Floridian to sing if given the lyrics by a songwriter.

He's from an area about 2 hours north of the Everglades lol but he's still a Floridian so it's all good.

JJ Grey sings a song called Lochloosa that's fantastic. I don't get many of the references but something about it still makes it hit home.

My kid being... my kid Saturday.

I plan on getting ahold of Trump's team when I get back.
In the movie, they mentioned twice turning down 10 million dollar federal grants.
We should just throw a billion at that entire complex and finish it before I'm dead.
2nd time there.

lol yeah good thing you didn’t go in, you pay $30 bucks to drive an extra 500ft past the entrance to get to the parking lot...if you want to get a little closer from there you can pay another $20 bucks to take a bus.

With all that money they are ripping people off on that thing should have been done 20 years ago.

My brother in laws, father in law, is a mining engineer and a geologist. He lives in Rapid City so he is very familiar with Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore. According to him, he’s a fucking genius by the way, Crazy Horse is being built on rock that is too unstable for what they are attempting, unlike Rushmore which is on very stable granite. They fucked up with the location.

Wishing you well, Enock!!!

I have to ask you a question; What do you think Devils' Tower IS??? I know you are an intuitive/spiritual sort of fellow... what do you sense when you look upon it, or in its presence? It is an odd anomaly of nature, no??

In the spirit of a good Enock-O-Lypse Now! @Illuminati ENOCK thread, I offer one theory I discovered that I do not necessarily believe but found compelling:

Devil's Tower may me an ancient giant tree stump.

:D

Have a look:

The theory goes that long ago, the earth was rich with MASSIVE trees, not like our trees but some other kind of life form.

Consider:

Devil's Tower is basically a super huge collection of HEXAGONAL COLUMNS:

Here is what they teach the kids in school:

Now consider that MANY structures of LIVING THINGS follow a matrix of hexagonal structures.
look at the center of these:

For example here is a cross-section of the FLAX plant:

Cross section of some close-up part of CORN:

Cross section of SOYBEAN stalk:

More cross-sections of plant stems under a microscope:

*** The theory goes that this is the remains (corpse) of the insides of a GIANT PLANT or TREE STEM that was destroyed or cut down

Devil's Tower is NOT unique... There are many similar examples of this formation of supposed non-living 'rocks' all over the earth:

But they sure are similar to indications of organic growth, no? Is mere scale enough reason to dismiss these similarities?
