@IschKabibble you ever run a sub off your deck? The link to that Alpine I posted or even the one you liked, would you need to have an amp to run a 10" sub? I'm not looking to have a competition boom boom room back there but I don't want it to sound like shot either.

You'll want an amp. Not to push them hard and rattle your license plate, but to prevent distortion when the whole system is turned up. Balance is key in a proper soundsystem.To the best of my knowledge yes. They make some great canopies.
