does running as a candidate afford her any protection from investigation? That's the only reason I can see for her to run.

or to keep Trump in the WH...let's not pretend that the interests supporting Trump are at odds with interests supporting Hillary.

Graham today is calling Trump an idiot for declaring a pullout of Syria.
When Iran downs a drone, the mic wants a war, Trump says no.
When "Iran"(houthi's, Yemen) retaliates against Saud, they want war, Trump shitcans Bolton.
When Hillary & the mic wants a no-fly zone in Syria, Trump says it'll start WW3.
When Assad "purportedly" uses chems on his people(lol), mic wants full retaliation, Trump acts tough, calls Putin and tells him to vacate as he's gonna bomb a shack to make McCain(rest in piss)Graham & Bolton happy(enough).

I don't see Trump as wanting anything to do with killing people.
All of his words & actions say otherwise.
Opposite of Killary.

fair enough. but I don't think that fits with the history of his character. I'd say it's more likely that he's hyper-sensitive to risk of perceived military defeat and his supremely incompetent in his strategy. Mad Dog quit, and that says a lot to me. He wants to hold on to the office and advance his business interests without the sword of 're-election' hanging over his head.
