Michael Page knew he was headlining Bellator’s upcoming show in London before the outcome of his most recent fight.

Friday, Bellator officials announced that Page (15-1 MMA, 10-1 BMMA) will take on Derek Anderson (16-3 MMA, 7-3 BMMA) at Bellator Europe 6, which takes place Nov. 23 at The SSE Arena in London.

After Page suffered his first career loss to Douglas Lima in May, “MVP” bounced back in spectacular fashion with a first-round flying knee knockout over Richard Kiely at Bellator Europe 4 in Dublin. He will be making a quick turnaround when he faces Anderson next month.

Anderson is coming off back-to-back wins over Zak Bucia and, most recently, Guilherme Bomba this past weekend at Bellator 229. It will be an even quicker turnaround for Anderson, who will be heading into hostile territory to try to put a halt to Page’s new momentum.

The Bellator Europe 6 lineup now includes:

  • Michael Page vs. Derek Anderson
  • FabianEdwards vs. Mike Shipman
  • Terry Brazier vs. Soren Bak
  • Charlie Leary vs. Tim Wilde
  • Daniel Crawford vs. Robert Whiteford
  • Alfie Davis vs. Myles Price
  • Walter Gahadza vs. Lewis Long
  • Kent Kauppinen vs. Andy Manzolov
  • Denise Kielholtz vs. Sabriye Sengul
  • Harry Hardwick vs. Nathan Rose
  • Tom Mearns vs. Jeremy Petley
  • Damian Frankiewicz vs. Aiden Lee
  • Kevin Fryer vs. George Tokkos
  • Tom Green vs. Akonne Wanliss
  • ‘Super’ Shane Campbell vs. Raphael Uchegbu

Campos was the only Derek I could think of at first and thought Coker was being Coker and feeding MVP another lukewarm body. I'm happy to see that's not the case.
