Maybe 'What's a real blunt?' is like a code question to test who is real, and who is a product of the fake 1999 timeline shift. If you were part of the original timeline (that poor Vutu lookin mofo) you would know what that means. The fact that the cops didn't know wtf he was talkin bout meant he was in the wrong timeline.

Thought the cop was handeling it well till he decided to fire live rounds on the guy.

I don’t understand the cops reasoning behind firing. - he knows the guy only has a wooden board - cop has back up if the guy does attack...no need to take the life of someone obviously on drugs or mentally out of it.

Yup. Made no sense. American policing needs to be deleted and rebooted.

Back in 1999, this dude was arrested for having a fake blunt that he made out of a cigarette. He was just trying to look cool in front of his friends. The cops grabbed him and he literally shit his pants in front of everyone. The incident sent his life on a downward spiral that he's still trying to recover from 20 years later.

Looks like the cop who’s view point we are watching from had a gun while the cop talking was saying bean bag - bean bag trying to alert the cop firing not to use lethal force ..could be wrong, was it ever confirmed he didn’t fire live rounds?

They asked where he was hit. That's pretty easy to determine with a live round due to blood.

Rubber bullets/bean bag pistols look very similar. From the video I can't tell for sure. I'm coming to my conclusions based on sound and the reaction from the suspect.

Also didn't a cop say "Get the bean bag ready again" after the shots were fired?

If he did use live, lethal ammo - very uncalled for. But I don't think that's what happened here.

The cop from the first camera angle shot him. He said so in the video. The guy was also hit with bean bags multiple times, but that cop shot him in the first exchange of fire. He was the closest to the guy and in the most danger of him.
