Not gonna lie,
I've had severe 'munchies' yesterday evening and this is all I need today (ie this is all all I can stomach at 3pm still haha) :D

I'm accompanying that with a light bone broth :D

Slow roasted some tomatoes yesterday, blitzed them up this morning and cooked them down with garlic and basil to make sausage pizza with tonight

and just bought these to do Korean short ribs in the Crockpot tomorrow while I’m out watching football in the morning

So these will marinate overnight

never used Asian pears before so I’m looking forward to how it’ll turn out.

I added Gochujang and fresh ginger to the authentic recipe because I like a bit of heat.

mashed potatoes with carrots, basically (incl leftover zucchini and celery root).

Easiest and cheapest food. basically what you would serve to someone in a hospital, but this was cooked based in a selfmade lamb bone broth for the extra horsepower
(or for the extra "hair on the ballsack" as you would say in german)

What happened to the ribs?
Absolute bobbins. Short ribs are really fatty anyway but the recipe had like half a cup of sesame oil. I used half of what was suggested and all I could taste was sesame oil...and I really like sesame oil.

I should have trusted my instinct and ignored them recipe like I normally do

Shrimp and pork siu Mai turned into meatballs because I’m too knackered to make pastry from scratch. About to go in the oven.

I’ve made a Chinese bbq sauce and I’ll knock up some noodles so it’s almost spaghetti and meatballs
